Kathmandu : PUBG is is known as "Player Unknown's Battlegrounds". PUBG is very known game in today's date. This is a multi-player online game that allow for solo or team play and subscribes to the battle royale format, which drops 100 players at a time in town enclosed space where they must scavenge for weapons, medical supplies and other resources in an effort to be the last player standing and getting "chicken dinner".

PUBG has very negative side effect on health, education, career on people's life. Playing violent video games can easily be blamed by media as the reason why some young people become violent or commit extreme anti-social behavior. Due to this game student can't give their concentration on study.

Mobile phones also make our mind power week so due to most of the students are playing this game and making their mind week and also they became week in study.

Not only young generation but this game is played by every generation people so it effects on their career. Due to this game many people are also getting health problem due to mobile radiation.

Many scientists and psychologists find that video games can actually have many benefits – the main one is making people smart. “Video games change your brain,” according to University of Wisconsin psychologist C. Shawn Green. Playing games alter the brain’s physiological structure in the same manner as do learning to read, navigating using a map, or playing the piano.

Much like exercise can build muscle, the effective combination of concentration and rewarding surges of neurotransmitters like dopamine strengthen neural circuits which can build the brain.
